320×256二类超晶格红外探测器图像采集系统设计

资料介绍

为了验证上海技术物理研究所自发研制的320×256面阵二类超晶格红外焦平面探测器的性能,搭建红外成像系统获取图像,进行图像预处理,为探测器的性能评价以及系统应用打下基础。在满足系统性能指标的条件下,二类超晶格红外探测器将大大降低对系统的制冷要求以及功耗,同时显著提高系统的可靠性。该成像系统由光学镜头、驱动电路、数字信号处理模块以及上位机采集显示程序组成。采用对黑体成像的方式验证系统性能,实验结果表明,当探测器在300.1K黑体的照射下,积分时间150p时,整个成像系统的嗓声等效温差(NETD)约为30mK。

In order to verify the performance of the 320×256 area array type-Ⅱsuperlattice infrared focal plane detector independently developed by Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics,an infrared imaging system is built for image acquisition and preprocessing,wThich lays a foundation for detector performance evaluation and system application.The type-Ⅱsuperlattice infrared detector can greatly reduce the cooling requirements and power consumption of the system,and improve the system reliability significantly under the precondition of meeting the system performance indexes.The imaging system is composed of the optical lens,drive circuit,digital signal processing module,and host computer acquisition and display program.The system performance was verified by using the blackbody imaging method.The experimental results show that the noise equivalent temperature difference(NETD)of the whole imaging system is about 30 mk when the detector is irradiated with 300.1 K black body and the integral time is 150μs.
