基于2SC0535的大功率IGBT驱动保护电路设计

The drive characteristics of 2SC0535 in detail was shown in this article,and the implementation principle of short- circuit protection,advanced active clamp,supply undervohage protection and isolated DC/DC converter were analyzed. 2SC0535-based 3 300 V/1 200 A IGBT drive and protection circuit was given as well. The experimental waveforms of the driving circuit was given at last. This good protection performance was verified for applications requiring high reliability in industry and traction.
