The wireless communication technology in modern electronics industry is widely used. The infrared communica-tion as a technology in wireless communication field is paid close attention. In actual communication application,serial commu-nication occupies a large number of industrial markets,especially in the energy meter industry,infrared communication has be-come one of the essential functions for new type of electronic meters.
