资料介绍

针对传统液压动力系统存在精度低、实时性差、可靠性低的问题,设计了基于STM32单片机的液压动力系统的监测仪。监测仪设计包括硬件系统设计和软件系统设计,其中硬件系统以STM32f407单片机为核心,主要对传感器信息采集电路进行设计;软件系统采用Free RTOS实时操作系统,提高系统监测的实时性,监测数据通过RS485总线传送到MCGS触摸屏并显示。实验证明:检测仪可对液压动力系统进行实时监测且测量准确性高,测量精度达到0.44%。

Aiming at the problems of low precision,poor real-time performance and low reliability of traditional hydraulic power system,a testing instrument for hydraulic power system based on STM32 single chip computer was designed.The design of monitoring instrument includes hardware system design and software system design,in which the hardware system was based on STM32f407 single chip computer and mainly designed the sensor information acquisition circuit.The software system adopted Free RTOS real-time operating system to improve the real-time monitoring of the system,and the monitoring data was transmitted to the MCGS touch screen through RS485 bus and displayed.Experiments show that the tester can monitor the hydraulic power system in real time and has high measurement accuracy,which reaches 0.44%.
