PLC和伺服放大器由于控制电流流向的不同可分为源型和漏型。文章分别对相同类型和不同类型的PLC—伺服放大器接口连接方式进行研究,并利用晶体三极管9013、光电耦合器TLP521-4和4N29M作为不同类型连接接口电路的主要元件,通过分析及实验验证仅4N29M能够满足PLC—伺服放大器信号转换的精度与频率要求。最后以模块式柔性自动化生产线实训系统分类单元为例,利用4N29M为主要元器件设计西门子CPU226PLC和三菱MR-J3-10A型伺服放大器之间的接口电路,经实际使用,该方案安全可靠。

Because of the difference of control current flows, PLC and servo amplifier can be divided into source type and sink type. This paper studied on the same types and the different types of PLC-servo amplifier interface connection mode, and utilized transistor (9013) and optocou- pier (TLP521-4 and 4N29M) as main components of different interface circuit. Through series of analysis and experimental verification, only 4N29M can meet the requirements of precision and frequency that signal conversion between PLC and servo amplifier.
