六维力传感器的PICOSTRAIN应变测量电路设计

提出了PICOSTRAIN应变检测法,通过电容把应变电阻的变化转换为RC网络的充放电时间,采用高精度的数字时间转换器把时间转换为数字量,提供给数据采集系统.搭建了PICOSTRAIN应变检测电路系统.同时针对微型六维力传感器结构设计了传感器的机电一体化系统.
A new metal strain measuring circuit was presented in this paper. Based on PICOS- TRAIN principle, the strain of the resistance was transformed into the charge/discharge time of a RC net via a parallel capacitor. Then the time was turned into digital form for a data acquisition sys- tem by a time to digital converter of high preci- sion. We set up the PICOSTRAIN electric circuit system in order to verify sion. Simultaneously, we this method's high preci- designed the electric cir- cuit of 6 - DOF force sensor according to it's ma- chine structure.
