程序分析法在PCB钻孔效率提升中的应用
资料介绍
优化生产工艺流程,提高生产效率、降低生产成本是企业生产管理的永恒课题。文章应用程序分析法对印制电路板钻孔工序的工艺流程进行了研究,提出了作业流程的改进方案。结果显示,将钻孔前准备流程转移到时间相对宽松的钻孔流程,更科学地利用了有限的钻孔设备,提高了钻孔生产效率。
Optimizing the production technology process and increasing the production efficiency are the eternal subjects for the corporation management. The paper analyzed the pre-treatment of PCB drilling with program analysis method and put forward an improving method of the process. The result showed that the production effi ciency of PCB drilling has been improved by transferring parts of pre-treatments into relatively loose drilling process.
