一种用于OLED驱动电路的DC-DC变换器的设计

介绍了PWM调制方式的电感式升压变换器的工作原理,并由此设计了一种可用于OLED驱动电路芯片的DC-DC电路。在输入电压为3.3 V时,输出电压为9 V。该电路可实现OLED驱动电路和DC-DC变换器电路的集成,采用TSMC0.35μm工艺进行仿真,结果表明：输入电压为3.3 V时,输出电压稳定在9 V,满足PM-OLED驱动控制芯片的要求。
It introduced the work principle of inductive boost converter with PWM modulation in the paper. And thus it designed a driving circuit of DC - DC to circuit of OLED chip when the input voltage is 3.3 V, output voltage is 9 V. The integrated circuit can realize integration of the OLED drive circuit and DC - DC converter circuit. In the simulation, using the TSMC 0.35 μm technology, results showed that the input voltage is 3.3 V, output voltage stability in 9 V, which meet the requirements of PM - OLED drive control chip.
