依据MOSFET功率开关管可工作于线性区,其寄生电容参数值会影响MOSFET开关特性的固有属性,提出一种基于MOSFET适用于航空航天母线开关的浪涌抑制电路。通过MOSFET外围稍加电阻电容器件等同于改变MOSFET的寄生电容,使其开关特性曲线改变。当母线开关接通时,由于电源输入端滤波电容的影响,将出现浪涌,此时使MOSFET开关管工作于线性区,通过MOSFET的恒流作用,达到为后端容性负载充电,从而起到抑制浪涌的作用。通过原理分析、电路仿真及实验验证,表明该电路能够作为母线开关同时有效起到浪涌抑制作用。

MOSFET could be used in the linear working region. The switching performance was effected by the parasitic capacitance of the MOSFET. Based on the above feature, a surge suppression circuit was proposed for the power bus switching in the area of aircraft. By adding a few resistors and capacitors around the MOSFET, the parasitic capacitance and the switching characteristic were changed. When the power bus was switched on, a inrush current occur for the filtering capacitor in the input port.
