在分析IGBT的保护设计要求和MC33153的驱动特性基础上，设计一种基于MC33153的IGBT驱动电路。该电路采用光电隔离、延时消隐和负载检测等方法使其具有短路保护和自锁功能，既能满足IGBT的外围保护设计要求，又能克服MC33153内部无隔离电路、存在保护盲区和短路不能自锁的不足。实验结果表明，该驱动电路能够对IGBT进行有效驱动和保护。

After analyzed the design requirement of IGBT＇ s protection and the driving feature of MC33153, the IGBT drive circuit is designed based on IC MC33153. The drive circuit adopts several ways, such as photoelectric isolation, delay blank and load detection, to hold the functions of short circuit protection and serf lock. It not only meets the requirement of the IGBT periphery protection design, but also overcomes the IC lack of internal isolated circuit and protections of blind area and short circuit self-locking . The experiment results show that the drive circuit can drive and protect IGBT effectively.
