Abstract： The multi-site test of parallel LED driving IC request more system resources and high speed, This paper introduces the basic working theory of parallel LED driving IC and the test method with Multi-Site in process of chip prober, including working schedule drawing and common test parameter. The shortcoming of common method is test precision and over long test time.This paper introduces a high precision method just for reducing test time. Otherwise,The method of the regard point in working process is brief showed in the paper.
