运用嵌入式单片机的内置模数转换(ADC)进行模数转换时,为了提高其转换精度或分辩率,提出了通过多级切换ADC参考电压的方法,研究设计了实现模数转换分辨率成倍提高的处理电路,分析和推导了其实现过程和算法,理论上实现转换精度提高n倍,并以嵌入式单片机PIC18F45K80的内部模数转换模块为操作对象,以提高转换精度到4倍为预期目的﹒实验数据表明:不采用该精度提高技术的模数转换平均误差接近采用该技术的平均误差的4倍,即采用该技术所得转换精度提高达4倍,与预期一致﹒

In order to improve the precision or resolution of an Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC),a method was proposed by changing the reference voltage of ADC.The precision of Analog-to-Digital converting has been theoretically improved as much as n times for the m-bit ADC.An embedded-MCU-based circuit and a corresponding algorithm were designed and derived to descript the method of improving ADC’s precision.Aiming at quadruple improving an ADC precision,an experiment was prepared for checking the method.The algorithm was programmed into an embedded MCU PIC18F45K80.By analyzing the errors of the ADCs,the desired experimental results illustrated that the developed ADC precision was improved as much as 4 times compared to the results of normal ADC.
