基于磁场-电路一体化建模的大功率接触器节能驱动电路设计

大功率接触器广泛应用于电动汽车和不间断电源系统等多个领域,具有可靠性高、使用寿命长的优点。传统的驱动方式导致接触器线圈耗电发热严重,限制了其推广应用,因此接触器的节能驱动电路设计是目前研究的热点。对国内外现有的节能驱动电路进行归纳总结,确定各方法的优缺点。由于有限元商用软件在电路建模上存在局限性,通过电路仿真软件与有限元软件联合仿真的方式实现磁场-电路一体化建模。通过使用基于PWM控制的节能驱动电路,最终线圈功耗降低80%,有效地减少了能源损耗与温升,对接触器节能驱动电路设计具有较好的指导与借鉴意义。

High-power contactors that have the advantages of high reliability and long service life are widely used in electric vehicles and uninterruptible power supply traditional driving methods lead to consumption of a lot of power and rising of temperature,which limits its refore,the energy-saving driving circuit design of the contactor is the research focus s paper summarizes the existing energy-saving driving circuits at home and to the limitations of finite element commercial software in circuit modeling,the paper built the magnetic field-circuit integration model by co-simulation of circuit simulation software and finite element using an energy-saving driving circuit based on PWM control,the coil power consumption is reduced by 80%,effectively reducing energy consumption and temperature has a good guidance and reference significance for the energy-saving driving circuit design of the contactor.
