在以往的物理教材中,对半导体的介绍往往是从它们组成材料的原子结构、PN结等性质向学生阐述。这些固然重要,但有些枯燥。所以我们在文章中以实际的应用出发,介绍了在实际应用中晶体管的三种组态,以此来提高学生对半导体物理的兴趣。晶体管放大技术电路有共发射极、共集电极和共基极三种组态。针对如何根据实际需求在实际的电路设计中选择合适的电路组态,文章结合一个包含三种组态的实际放大电路深入细致的分析比较了三种放大电路,加深了对三种放大电路的理解。

In the past physics teaching materials, the introduction of semiconductors is often described to students from the atomic structure of their constituent materials, PN junctions and other properties. This is important, but it’s a little boring. Therefore, in this paper, based on the practical application, we introduce three configurations of transistors in practical applications, in order to improve students’ interest in semiconductor physics. Transistor amplifier circuit has three configurations: common emitter,common collector and common base. In view of how to select the appropriate circuit configuration in the actual circuit design according to the actual demand, this paper analyzes and compares the three kinds of amplifier circuits in detail with a practical amplifier circuit including three configurations, thus deepening the understanding of the three kinds of amplifier circuits.
