在压电晶体传感器中,石英晶体微天平(QCM)因其实时、快速和高敏感度高等优点已经获得了广泛应用.本文给出一套压电晶体传感器驱动电路,该电路基于模拟锁相环的工作原理,能有效地补偿晶体的静态电容,消除相位误差,晶体可以锁定在串联谐振状态下,通过外接设备可以测得精确度较高的晶体谐振频率和动态电阻.内部振荡电路由芯片MC12148外接变容二极管实现,可接入很宽的频率范围内的晶体进行使用.

In the piezoelectric crystal sensors,quartz crystal micro-balances(QCM)due to the real-time,fast and high sensitivity has acquired a wide range of applications. In this paper,given a set of piezoelectric crystal sensor driving circuit,the circuit is based on simulating the working principle of the phase-locked loop can be effectively compensated crystal static capacitance,eliminate the phase error,crystal can lock in the series resonance condition,through an external device can measure precision high crystal resonant frequency and dynamic resistance. Internal oscillation circuit implemented by chip MC12148 external varactor,access to a very wide frequency range to use crystal.
