带有源负载的差分放大电路是模拟电子技术课程中＂模拟集成电路＂一章中的教学难点,该电路综合了镜像电流源和差分放大电路的基本结构,需要综合分析,对于初学者来说难度更大。很多模拟电子技术教材都介绍了这一部分,但大多介绍得比较粗略,不够清楚。依托我院虚拟仿真实验中心,利用计算机辅助设计软件,可以方便的仿真各种实际电路,分析各种可能的问题,从而深入理解该电路的结构和工作原理,可以应用到电子技术课程的教学中。
