资料介绍

反激变压器原边漏感的存在增加了功率器件的电压应力,并降低了变换器的变换效率。本文研究了一种新颖的变压器漏感能量吸收电路,实现了漏感能量的回收和利用。论文采用的吸收电路为反激电路,它能将主电路变压器漏感能量直接释放到输出侧供给负载。同时吸收电路采用电压滞环控制,工作频率由漏感能量决定,当主电路的功率降低时吸收电路的工作频率也会随之降低,变换器轻载效率高。详细分析了吸收电路的工作原理,给出了参数设计方法,研制了两路交错并联反激变换器的实验样机,实验结果证明了所提出方法的有效性。

The existence of the leakage inductance of the flyback transformer primary side increases the voltage stress of power device and reduces the reliability of the circuit. Due to the leakage of energy cannot be delivered to the load,the efficiency of converter is reduced. This paper proposes a novel leakage-inductance energy recovery circuit by adding a flyback circuit as the auxiliary circuit which realizes the recycle and utilization of the leakage inductance energy. It can directly release the leakage inductance energy into the output.
