资料介绍

针对传统铂电阻温度计标定方法工作量大、效率低的问题,设计了一套基于计算机的自动标定系统。系统采用VB6.0作为软件开发平台,编程实现计算机对温度源、标准温度计的自动控制、数据采集及存储,同时调用Excel进行温度计标定数据的自动拟合。根据标定设备的硬件配置,计算得到系统的不确定度小于0.02℃。实验结果表明,在-40~150℃的标定温度范围内,标定后的温度计测量误差小于±0.03℃。

Aiming at the problems of large amount of labor and low efficiency in the traditional calibration method of platinum resistance thermometer,an automatic calibration system is designed based on computer. The system adopts VB6.0 as the software development platform,the automatic control, data acquisition and storage of temperature source and standard thermometer are realized by programming in computer ; and the calibration data of thermometer are automatically fitted by calling Excel.
