在无刷直流电机控制问题的研究中,为降低换相转矩脉动,采用一种升压电路与滞环电流控制相结合的方法。在三相桥臂前级增加升压拓扑电路,换相期间由升压电路调整直流母线电压,同时采用滞环电流控制使非换相相电流保持恒定。仿真结果显示,无刷直流电机在低速区间和高速区间的转矩脉动均较小。升压电路与滞环电流控制相结合的方法对无刷直流电机转矩脉动的抑制较为显著。

In the study on Brushless DC motor control, we used a method which combined the boost circuit with hysteresis current control for the purpose of reducing the commutation torque ripple. The boost circuit was added to the front stage of the three phase bridge, and the DC link voltage was adjusted by the boost circuit. At the same time, the hysteresis current control was used to maintain the non commutation phase current. The simulation results show that the torque ripple of Brushless DC motor is small both at low speed and high speed. The presented method is effective for the suppression of the torque ripple of the brushless DC motor.
