资料介绍

该文针对随钻声波小信号的特殊性以及井下仪器的工作要求,着重阐述了一种具有自动增益控制、滤波放大以及自测试等功能的数据采集系统电路设计。该数据采集系统首先接收来自换能器的微弱电信号,经过适当的滤波放大之后对该信号进行同步采样,系统根据当前采样值进行自动增益控制,并且把采样数据进行打包处理最终对数据进行存储。此外,该系统还可利用内嵌自测试模块对自检信号采样以达到校准采样精度的目的。实验结果表明,该井下信号采集处理电路系统噪声小,噪声抑制能力强,能够满足随钻声波测井实时性、低功耗的要求,在井下高温高压的恶劣环境中能够可靠地长时间工作。

For the characteristics of LWD Sonic small signal and down-hole work requirements,this dissertation focuses on the circuit design of a data acquisition system with some features,such as automatic gain control,filtering and amplifying and self-test functions.Firstly,the data acquisition system receives the electrical signal from the transducer,and then the signal is filtered and amplified as appropriate.After that,samples the signal while the gain is automatic get based on the current sample value.Finally, storing the sample data after pack- aged.Furthermore,the electrical system can calibrate sampling accuracy by enabling embedded self-test model to sample the self-test sig...
