In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the electronic circuit board manufacture, this article gives the designing scheme of electronic circuit board test and diagnosis system and introduces the main components of this system. It analyzes the theory of function testing to judge the logic function of the tested equipment and outlooks the application prospect of this system.
