资料介绍

为了开发现代设施农业动力装备,研制了一种基于偏置轴的四轮独立驱动、独立转向的柔性底盘。为了提高四轮独立驱动柔性底盘的转向控制性能,设计了一种基于电桥电路的转向控制系统,利用电桥的相邻两个桥臂输入方向盘信号和车轮位置信号,通过电桥输出调节车轮速度的方法实现车轮自动跟踪平衡位置。同时,提出了以TMS320F2812 DSP作为中央控制器搭建转向控制系统的硬件电路,并进行了系统的软件设计。

To exploit the modern facility agriculture power equipment,develop a kind of flexible chassis on the basis of 4WD and 4WS.The flexible chassis uses electric wheels and biasing shafts.In order to improve the steering qualities of the flexible chassis,a steering control system is designed based on bridge circuit.The steering system uses the neighboring arms of the bridge to import the signal from steering wheel and wheel position.By the export of the bridge voltage,the wheel＇s speed is changed and comes true the following of the equilibrium position.The system makes use of TMS320F2812 DSP as a central controller to build the hardware circuit and design the software.
