以某型纯电动轿车用60Ah磷酸铁锂电池组为研究对象,进行了电池管理系统的开发及台架试验工作;系统分别利用LTC6802芯片实现了底层信息采集模块,利用分压原理实现了高压采集与绝缘电阻检测模块,利用MC9S12XDP512芯片实现了顶层数据处理及与整车信息交互模块。台架试验结果表明,所设计的管理系统能够实时地对电池组各运行状态进行监控及运算处理,并与整车控制器进行可靠的信息交互。

Take the 60Ah lithium iron phosphate battery equipped for an electronic vehicle as re- search object, a battery management system (BMS) was developed and its bench test was per- formed. LTC6802 chip is used in this system to implement local electronic information collection unit, the resistance-voltage distributing principle is used to implement the high-voltage collecting and insulation resistance detecting, and Mcgs12XDP512 chip is used to implement the top-level data processing and vehicle information interaction. Bench test results showed that the designed BMS could monitor all states of the battery pack and compute in real time. At the same time, BMS could communicate with the Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) reliably.
