使用线性霍尔芯片AH3503研制大电流测量电路,通过测量电阻焊机输出回路的磁感应强度来反映电流的大小,实现大电流的非接触准确测量;使用有限元软件ANSYS对电流产生的磁感应强度分布进行模拟,确定输出端的合理形状和霍尔传感器的合适放置位置;设计测量电路系统并进行标定,获得了测量电路输出电压与电流的对应关系。试验结果表明,测量信号与电阻焊电流有很好的线性对应关系,通过合理设计可以利用霍尔器件直接测量电阻焊大电流。对比传统有磁芯式霍尔电流传感器,消除了磁芯对测量范围和测量精度的影响,扩大了测量范围、降低了成本。

Based on liner Hall chip AH3503,a new measurement circuit was designed to measure high current in the resistance welding process.It realized non- contact accurate measurement by sensing the magnetic induction intensity of welding current output circuit to represent the output current.ANSYS was used to simulate the magnetic induction distribution caused by output current to ascertain the reasonable shape of current outlets and the appropriate location of the measurement circuit,and a measurement system was developed to calibrate the measurement circuit to obtain the corresponding relationship between the output voltage and current.The results showed that the current measurement circuit ...
