旋转变压器有足够大的激磁信号才能得到较高的位置精度,而解码芯片提供的激磁信号较小,因此需要设计放大电路对激磁信号进行放大。以解码芯片AD2S1200为基础,对旋转变压器TS2620N21E11的激磁放大电路进行研究,设计了四个激磁放大电路,并详细地介绍了它们的工作原理。采用高输出电流运放构成的放大电路结构简单,但成本较高,而采用普通运放加无输出电容的功率放大电路时,尽管电路结构略显复杂,但成本较低。仿真和实验结果均证实了所设计的激磁放大电路的正确性和实用性。
