无滤波电容整流供电的直流电动机性能分析

以一台180W永磁直流电动机为研究对象,对标准直流电源、工频交流电压整流(带滤波电容)和工频交流电压整流(无滤波电容)三种方式供电时电机的稳态性能进行了仿真计算和试验研究.结果表明,前两种供电方式电机的性能相差不大,而第三种供电方式电机供电电压、电磁转矩、电枢电流等性能波动较大,转速降低,换向性能恶化,振动、噪声增大,系统效率降低.

Simulation analysis and experimental research were accomplished according to a 180 W permanent magnet direct current motor. The permanent magnet direct current motor was fed by three different ways. One way is to use standard DC power supply,one way is to use DC from rectifier circuit supplied by 220 V AC( with filter capacitor),the other way is to use DC from rectifier circuit supplied by 220 V AC( without filter capacitor). The simulation and experiment results indicate that the performance of the first two ways are almost the same and the third way shows larger fluctuation of supply voltage,electromagnetic torque,armature current and other performances,lower speed,worse reversing performance,stronger vibration,louder noise and lower system efficiency than the first two...
