为提高抵抗待检金属剩磁的能力,满足可处理不同频率信号、正确绘制蝶形图的要求,该电路使用双线圈拾取感应磁场信号,通过仪表放大器、带通滤波器、加法器、RMS-DC转换电路、A/D采集等模块对信号进行处理,解决了剩磁干扰和蝶形图绘制不正确的问题,具有处理不同频率信号的能力。该电路可检测不同材质的金属,具有检测精度高、工作稳定可靠、抗干扰能力强的特点。

In order to enhance the ability of resisting remanence in the metal to be tested,and meet the requirement of processing different frequencies and drawing butterfly diagram correctly,two detecting coils were used to pick the signal up,and the signal was processed by instrumental amplifier,band-pass filters,summators,True RMS-DC converters and A/D converters,This circuit solved the problem of remanence interference,can draw butterfly diagram correctly and process different frequencies. This circuit can detect different kinds of metals and have qualities of high-accuracy,stable performance and stronger jamproof ability.
