星载二次电源驱动电路的改进与应用

主要介绍了一种星载二次电源常用磁隔离驱动电路误开通问题及其解决方法。在星载电源常用的磁隔离驱动电路中存在驱动脉冲消失后,由于自举电容能量释放引起的＂伪驱动脉冲＂,导致功率MOS管误导通。通过分析电容能量释放回路,采取相应措施有效抑制＂伪驱动脉冲＂,防止主功率管误导通,并进行了电路仿真和试验验证。
This article mainly introduced the erroneous trigger＇s problem of MOSFET magnetic insulation drive circuit in on-satellite DC-DC power and gived a solution. According to the applying and the characteristic of the MOSFET in on-satellite DC-DC power, magnetic insulation drive circuit is always used. But it is a problem that Pseudo drive pulse which caused by the capacitance energy release lead to MOSFET misleading. Through the analysis of the energy of capacitance release circuit, a corresponding measure is taken to restrain the pseudo drive pulse. The experiment result shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.
