一种微处理器模型电路的设计与仿真
资料介绍
随着计算机及大规模集成电路的普及,数字系统设计已逐渐摆脱了传统的手工模式,几乎均采用计算机辅助设计工具进行设计,即实现硬件设计的“软件化”。本文利用逻辑功能仿真软件DSCH,实现一个微处理器模型电路;分析该模型电路主要功能模块的工作原理,并对其中的累加器、程序计数器及算术单元等重要模块进行了逻辑功能仿真以及结果分析。研究表明,利用仿真软件设计的微处理器模型结构简单,功能丰富,其设计及仿真结果具有代表性,并能够根据需要,方便的对该模型添加其他功能部件。
With popularization of computers and large-scale integrated circuits, digital system design has shifted from traditional manual model to circuit design using integrated circuit computer-aided design tools. This means that hardware design is becoming software-oriented. This paper firstly designs a simplified mciro-processor model by using DSCH, a logic simulation software; secondly analyzes the functional mechanisms of main modules of this model; thirdly simulates the logic functions of such main modules as ac- cumulation, program counter, arithmetic unit, and analyses the outcomes.
