一种隔离型多路输出开关电源电路的研究

文中提出一种开关电源多路隔离输出的解决方案,即开环全桥变换器与Buck/Boost变换器结合方式。该方案既能避免多路单独拓扑方案输出时的体积质量大,又能够解决两级拓扑时采用隔离DC-DC变换器带来的效率和成本问题。通过与当前常用的多路隔离输出方案进行分析对比,体现了该方案的优越性。该方案在一款雷达开关电源中的应用,验证了其可靠性和有效性。
In this study,a solution,namely open-loop full-bridge converter in combination with Buck/Boost converter,is proposed for isolated multi-output switching-mode power supplies(SMPS).This scheme not only avoids the large volume quality of the output of a single topology,but also solves the problem of the efficiency and cost of the isolated DC-DC converter when the two level topology is used.Through the analysis and comparison of the current commonly used multi-channel isolation output scheme,the superiority of the proposed scheme is embodied.The scheme is verified by the application of a radar switching power supply,and its reliability and validity are verified.
