基于热电制冷器的恒温电路设计
资料介绍
采用热电制冷器实现对光电探测器G5852的恒温控制,探测器内部温度由负温度系数热敏电阻测量。通过对热电制冷器工作原理的分析,设计了基于LT1013的线性驱动电路和基于ADN8830的PWM驱动电路,并分别对电路在设定温度为-25℃时进行了测试。
Using thermoelectric cooler achieve the thermostatic control of the photoelectric detector G5852,and internal temperature of the detector is measured by negative temperature coefficient thermistor. Through the analysis of the thermoelectric cooler working principle,a linear drive circuit based on LT1013 and a PWM drive circuit based on ADN8830 have been designed,and then these circuits are tested at the setting temperature -25 ℃.
