带隙基准源电路工艺鲁棒性设计

在电路设计中,器件和电路的性能和参数会随着制造工艺,电源电压,环境温度的改变而发生变化,随着集成度不断提高,这种偏差严重影响电路的成品率,增加了电路设计的复杂性和成本等。采用基于典型的PTAT带隙基准源,对它进行适当修改后,增加了曲率校正和频率补偿功能,达到增强其工艺鲁棒性的目的,所设计的电路在满足原功能基础上,在指定的PVT变化范围内,电路稳定性得到明显提高。
