基于H桥控制技术设计了一款用于直流电机的大功率驱动电路,该电路自带死区控制和过流保护功能。系统由单片机、光电隔离电路、逻辑控制电路、H桥分立元件驱动电路、电流采样电路、滤波检波电路、线性放大隔离电路等七部分组成。本文重点介绍了通过对逻辑电路及其时序的巧妙控制,遏制了H桥驱动的直通现象,无需外加死区的控制电路,就能保证电机在正反向可靠运转。系统最大的特点是结构简单,可靠性强,且输出功率优于IC驱动,易形成性价比高的方案。

Based on the H-bridge control technology, a large power drive circuit for DC motor is designed. The circuit has a dead time control and overcurrent protection function. System logic by single-chip computer, photoelectric isolating circuit, logic control circuit, discrete component H bridge driving circuit, current sampling circuit, filter detection circuit, linear amplification of isolating circuit and so on seven parts.
