GaN等高频功率器件应用于电机驱动领域,高频化后的驱动系统能够显著减小系统的体积、重量和成本,但也会带来du/dt和di/dt过大的问题。首先设计了基于GaN功率器件伺服驱动器的硬件电路,对GaN驱动电路中PCB设计存在的问题进行了详细的分析,并给出了PCB寄生参数的优先级顺序,同时用FPGA控制器实现了电机的双闭环控制算法,最后通过仿真和实验,实现了电机的转速控制,这对于GaN功率器件在电机驱动领域的推广和应用具有实际意义。

Power devices such as GaN are used in motor drives.High-frequency drive systems can significantly reduce the size,weight,and cost of the system,but they also cause excessive du/dt and di/dt.Firstly,the hardware circuit based on GaN power device servo driver was designed,the PCB design in GaN driver circuit was analyzed in detail,and the priority order of PCB parasitic parameters was given.Then the FPGA controller was used to implement the hardware current loop control algorithm.Finally,the simulation and experiment were used to realize speed control of the motor.And these is of great significance for the GaN power devices in the field of motor-driven promotion and application.
