Communicating with lower computer through the USB serial ports with FPGA chip as the core,this paper designed a USB testing instrument for IC by computer-operated,which controlled by FPGA.The system can make function tests accurately and fastly in TTL and CMOS series IC frequently-used,mainly describing the overall design ideas of the testing instrument,the design of hardware and some software design.
