并联DC电路的高精度均流控制研究

多模块并联结构的开关电源具有容量大、成本低的优点,但各模块间输出均流速度较慢且电流输出分配精度不高。为此,提出了一种Buck型DC变换电路的解决方法,即采用软件闭环以快速实现各模块电流的输出分配,并通过比例积分算法改善电源的稳态性能。试验测试表明,在采用该均流方法后,开关电源动态输出特性平稳,且均流精度高,并能有效避免模块过流损毁问题。

The switch power supply with multiple modules in parallel has the characteritics of high capacity and low cost,it also has the shortcomings of slow current-share and low accuracy of output allocation. Aiming at the shortcomings in the actual use,a solution for Buck-type DC conversion circuit is proposed in this paper,it can achieve the output allocation to each subcircuit quickly by the closed-loop software,and through the PI algorithm,the steady state performance of the circuit can be improved. Experiment shows that good output characteristics can be achieved,the output stability of multiple modules with high-accuracy can also achieved for effectively avoiding the modules damage due to too much current.
