基于高速、高性能单片机C8051F330研究了PCA模块的SPWM信号产生原理以及软件实现方法.将C8051F330的PCA模块配置为高速输出方式,在该方式下每当PCA计数器PCAOH:PCAOL的值与该模块的捕捉/比较寄存器(PCAOCPHn:PCAOCPLn)相匹配时,CEXn引脚发生电平转换并触发一次中断.并通过实验产生具有控制精度高、响应速度快的SPWM,这也是逆变电路的最核心的部分,用于逆变电源的设计时具有精准、稳定、可调性强的特点.它同样适用于日常生活、工业生产和科学研究领域对控制系统的需要.

The principle for the Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation(SPWM)signal of PCA module is studied and the methods of software design on C8051F330 are presented . In High-Speed Output mode, a module's associated CEX n pin is toggled each time a match occurs between the PCA Counter and the module's 16-bit capture/compare register (PCAOCPHn and PCAOCPLn). Experimental results show that the C8051F330--based SPWM signal has the advantages of high precision and fast response. It is the most impotent part of inverter circuit.
