基于Buck—Boost的超级电容均压电路研究

超级电容器作为一种新兴的储能元件,已在新能源发电场合及能量反馈回收系统中得到了广泛应用。然而超级电容器串联均压问题制约了其发展应用,本文采用Buck—Boost均压电路,将均压电路中的电感作为2个电容之间能量转移的媒介,以完成2个电容组的均压。对于控制电路部分,本文采用一种变滞环宽度恒频的滞环电流控制方法。该方法在保留滞环控制响应速度快、稳定性好等一系列优点的同时,克服了其开关频率不定的缺点,并通过仿真验证了原理方案的正确性。

Ultra-capacitor,as a new energy storage device,is used widely in the new energy generation place and energy feedback and energy recovery system. However,the development and application of the capacitor is limited by its inductance in the grading problem. In this paper,Buck-Boost circuit is adopted,and the g circuit is used as medium of energy transfer between 2 capacitors to complete grading of the 2 capacitor bank.
