AM_OLED显示屏灰度驱动芯片电路的设计

本文针对AM-OLED的显示特性,为解决灰度显示中图像的动态紊乱问题,提出了20子场法的灰度显示驱动芯片电路架构.在芯片电路设计中,根据显示模式不同需求,加入了图象数据旋转电路模块,实现了320×240彩色AM-OLED屏256级灰度显示。仿真结果表明芯片电路设计达到了高灰度显示要求。
Design a driver chip for AM-OLED based on its Characteristics. During the designing, a twenty subfields way has been used to show 256 grades of gray level and also a rotation module has been added in this chip for special purpose. From the result of the simulation, this chip can complete all the design requirements.
