单片振荡器/功率驱动器ZCC6501

ZCC6501是一个单片振荡器/电源驱动器,专为小尺寸、隔离接口应用中的隔离电源而设计。它从3.3伏或5伏直流电源驱动一个低剖面,中心抽头变压器初级。二次绕组可根据变压器匝数比提供任何隔离电压。ZCC6501由一个振荡器和一个栅极驱动电路组成,栅极驱动电路提供互补的输出信号来驱动接地参考的N通道电源开关。内部逻辑确保在两个开关之间动作之前断开。ZCC6501有一个小型SOT23-5封装,指定在-40°C到125°C的温度下运行。

DESCRIPTION  
The  
is a monolithic oscillator/power-driver, specifically designed for small form factor, isolated power  
ZCC6501  
supplies in isolated interface applications. It drives a low-profile, center-tapped transformer primary from a 3.3 V  
or 5 V DC power supply. The secondary can be wound to provide any isolated voltage based on transformer  
turns ratio.  
The  
consists of an oscillator followed by a gate drive circuit that provides the complementary output  
ZCC6501  
signals to drive the ground referenced N-channel power switches. The internal logic ensures break-before-make  
action between the two switches.
