资料介绍

结合实际工程中感应加热电源的工况，设计了一种PWM逆变交流变频预热电源。此电源控制核心为TMS320F2812。采用适于频繁启动场合的串联逆变振荡电路。整个电路系统由滤波电路、AC—DC—AC变频和四个IGBT逆变装置组成。串联逆变过程由IR2132芯片通过PWM信号驱动IGBT等电路来实现。实验证明：本电源设计不仅降低了驱动电路的复杂程度，同时大幅提升了整个系统的可控性和稳定性，显著降低了故障率。

Combing with the working condition of induction heating power supply in practical engineering,a kind of PWM inverter ac variable frequency preheating power supply is designed.The control core of this power supply is TMS320F2812.Series inverter oscillating circuit is adopted for frequent start occasion.The circuit system is composed of the filter circuit,AC-DC-AC conversion and four IGBT inverter apparatus.A series inverter process is realized by IR2132 chip driving IGBT and circuit through PWM signal. The results show that the power supply design reduces the complexity of the drive circuit,sharply enhances the controllability and stability of the whole system, and reduces the failure rate significantly.
