资料介绍

印制电路板（PCB）在自然状态下散热的途径主要为板的厚度方向和板平面。基于热原理,提出一种PCB埋铜翅片的散热方式。通过分析PCB的导热系数及PCB垂直和水平方向的热阻,建立一种合理的散热分析模型。研究了散热翅片的宽度和长度对温度的影响。通过热分析软件ICEPAK对模型仿真,结果表明采用PCB埋铜翅片可有效降低器件的温度。

Main heat dissipation pathways of printed circuit board（PCB）are the thickness orientation and surface of PCB under its natural state.Based on heat conduction principle,a kind of cooling way by embedding copper fins in PCB was proposed.Through analysis of the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of vertical and horizontal direction of PCB,a reasonable thermal analysis model was established.The influence of the width and length of cooper fins on temperature was analyzed.The copper fin was simulated by heat analysis software ICEPAK.The results show tha the copper fins buried in PCB can decrease the temperature of device effectively.
