极化耦合器为雷达圆极化天线阵列提供相差90°的两路极化耦合监测信号,广泛应用于军事通信领域。传统极化耦合组件是极化器和耦合器分别单独设计,接入系统时,需增加电缆组件进行信号传输。该电缆组件带来了功率损耗大、移相误差较大及可靠性低等问题,无法满足新一代雷达系统高性能的需求。因此,提出了一种P波段小型化极化耦合器的设计,采用极化器和耦合器一体化设计,规避了传统极化耦合组件带来的问题,保证了雷达圆极化阵列天线的电性能。

Polarization couplers provide two polarization coupled monitoring signals with a difference of 90° for radar circular polarized antenna arrays and are widely used in military communications. The traditional polarization coupling components are separately designed by the polarizer and the coupler. When accessing the system,the cable components need to be added for signal transmission. The power loss,phase shift error and low reliability of the cable assembly can not meet the high performance of the new radar system. Therefore,the design of a P-band miniaturized polarization coupler is proposed. The integrated design of the polarizer and coupler avoids the problems caused by traditional polarization coupling components and ensures the electrical performance of the radar circular polarization array antenna.
