基于一种新型LCC谐振变换器控制策略的硬件实现

针对移相式LCC谐振变换器具有轻载时滞后臂零电压开关(ZVS)难以实现,重载时谐振电流较大,致使变换器ZVS范围变窄以及导通损耗较大的问题,提出一种新型的全桥移相LCC谐振变换器并对其控制电路的硬件实现进行了设计与研究,首先对新型的LCC谐振变换器进行简单的原理介绍和分析,其次针对其独特的控制形式设计控制电路,最后搭建了控制电路的硬件电路,实验结果证明了设计的合理性和可行性。

In order to solve the problem that the lag arm ZVS is difficult to achieve when the phase-shifted full-bridge LCC resonant converter has a light load, the resonant current at heavy load is large, resulting in only a narrow ZVS range and a large conduction loss and so on. In this paper, a novel full-bridge phase-shifted LCC resonant converter is proposed and the hardware implementation of its control circuit is designed and studied. First, a simple principle introduction and analysis of the new LCC resonant converter; Secondly, design the control circuit for its unique control form; Finally, the hardware circuit of the control circuit is built. The experimental results prove the rationality and feasibility of the design.
