基于嵌入式自动测相技术的激光测距系统设计

针对现有激光测距集成方案稳定性不高的情况,利用ARM处理器实现测相、运算、控制显示等功能,采用差频测相技术,设计了基于嵌入式自动数字测相技术的激光测距系统。优化激光调制发射电路,实现不同阈值电流半导体二极管的驱动;设计自动增益电路用于减小回波信号幅值的波动范围,从而提高系统稳定性;设计基于RC的移相电路,减小由于寄生参量的影响而造成的附加相移误差。系统在0.2~10 m范围内的测量误差小于25 mm,测量波动较小,为实现激光测距系统集成化提供了一种新的思路。

In view of the low stability of the existing laser ranging integration scheme,this paper used the ARM processor to realize the functions of phase measurement,operation,control display and so on.Using the phase-shift measurement technology,a laser ranging system based on the embedded automatic digital phase measurement technology was designed.The laser modulation transmitter circuit was optimized and the driver of different threshold current semiconductor diode was realized.The automatic gain circuit was designed to reduce the fluctuation range of the amplitude of the echo signal and improve the stability of the system.The phase-shifted circuit based on RC was designed to reduce the additional phase shift error caused by the influence of parasitic parameters.The measurement error of the system within 0.2~10 m range is less than 25 mm,and the fluctuation of measurement is small,which provides a new idea for the integration of laser ranging system.
