铅酸蓄电池凭借其价格低廉、可靠性高和可大电流放电等特点,应用越来越广。但是,铅酸蓄电池在工作过程中因使用不当或其他因素,存在不同程度的硫化问题,有的甚至使用不久就无法进行充电。针对这种情况,设计了一台修复受损铅酸电池的修复器样机,由反激变换器和修复电路两部分组成。将反激变换器的输出作为修复电路的输入,用AT89S51单片机对修复电路进行控制,最后实验验证了修复方法的正确性。

Lead-acid batteries are widely used because of their low cost,high reliability and high current discharge.However,due to improper use or other factors,lead-acid batteries suffer from varying degrees of vulcanization,and some of them can not be recharged soon.In view of this situation,a repair prototype for damaged lead-acid batteries is designed,which consists of flyback converter and repair circuit.The output of flyback converter is used as the input of repairing circuit,and the repairing circuit is controlled by AT89 S51 single chip computer.Finally,the correctness of the repairing method is verified by experiment.
