石墨烯是一种集多功能优异特性于一身,可使各种制造业发生革命性变格的新材料。我们克服了石墨烯难以剥离、难溶于水、难以稳定地分散在水溶液中等难题,系统完成了各种柔性和刚性印制板直接用石墨烯水溶液进行孔金属化的小试、中试和工业化生产的考核,实现了用石墨烯工艺取代污染严重和成本高昂的化学镀铜工艺,使我国成为石墨烯金属化工艺应用于工业化生产的第一个国家。本文详细介绍了石墨烯的结构、性能、制造方法以及化学镀铜、直接电镀、氧化石墨烯和石墨烯孔金属化等工艺的流程、性能和优缺点。

Graphene is a new material with multi-function and excellent characteristics, which can revolutionize various manufacturing industries. The factory havs overcome the difficult problems of graphene peeling, insoluble in water, and difficult to disperse stably in aqueous solution. The small-scale, pilot-scale and industrial tests of hole metallization of flexible and rigid Printed Circuit Boards using graphene aqueous solution have been completed systematically, and the Electroless copper plating process with serious pollution and high cost has been replaced by Graphene process. It has made China the first country to apply graphene metallization process to industrial production. In this paper, the structure, properties and manufacturing methods of graphene, as well as the processes, properties, advantages and disadvantages of electroless copper plating, direct electroplating, graphene oxide and graphene hole metallization are introduced in detail.
