温度监测在现代农业、智能家居等领域应用广泛。本工作以构建自供电型温度传感器系统为目标,该系统包括了能量收集、能量管理、能量存储和传感器节点等模块。本系统基于温差发电进行能量收集,基于ADI LTC3108芯片构建能量管理模块,基于TI MSP430F5529单片机、DS18B20温度传感器和OLED屏幕构成温度传感器模块。测试结果表明,在温差≥30℃条件下,该系统可以产生>60 mW的输出功率,输出功率完全满足系统温度测量等功能的能源需求,从而实现了系统的自供电。

Temperature monitoring plays an important role in many areas such as agriculture,and smart s work aims to construct a self-powered temperature sensor node,including four modules:energy harvester,energy management,energy storage and temperature sensor s system uses thermoelectric principle to collect power,uses ADI LTC3108 to setup energy management module,and uses TI MSP430F5529 combined with temperature tensor DS18B20 and OLED screen to setup the sensor erimental results show that the system can produce power more than 60 mW when the temperature difference is higher than 30℃,and the generated power is enough to satisfy the power requirement of the whole system and thus the proposed system is self-power.
