模拟扩展法是常用的高精度时间间隔测量的方法之一,基于模拟扩展法的高精度时间间隔测量电路,能够实现亚ns级的测量。模拟扩展法在实现过程中存在诸多问题,包括测量时间过长对用户使用产生影响、死区时间使测量误差增大、扩展系数标定影响测量精度等。针对每个问题分别进行机理分析,给出解决的方法。在实际时间同步系统中,对电路的性能进行了测试,结果表明测量精度可优于0.5 ns。

The simulation stretch is one of the commonly used methods for high-precision time-interval-measurement. It can implement under ns level measurement. There are some problems in the process of implementation,such as long-measurement time,dead-zone and calibration of stretch-coefficient. The paper analyzes these problems and gives the solution. The performance of the time-intervalmeasurement module is tested in an actual time synchronization system. The results show that the measurement precision is better than0. 5 ns.
