集成光学陀螺采用光学Sagnac效应,通过检测谐振腔中相向传输两束光的谐振频率差得到转动角速度。针对陀螺输出信号及其噪声特征,提出了基于开关电容的滤波器的信号调理方法,理论分析表明了比传统带通滤波器更好的噪声抑制效果。建立了开关电容滤波器的频域模型,并利用该模型对滤波器参数进行了优化设计。同时,理论分析了其梳状滤波器特性,验证了应用于陀螺信号检测系统的可行性。最后搭建集成光学陀螺实验系统,实验结果表明,开关电容滤波电路能有效抑制信号噪声,提高陀螺检测精度。

The integrated optic gyroscope is a novel optical rotation sensor whose resonant frequency is changed due to the Sagnac effect,According to the noise property of gyroscope output.The influences of the switch capacitor filter(SCF) and band pass filter on the noise restrain has been analysed and compared.The frequency field model of the SCF has been setup and its parameter has been optimized.Then,the model's comb filter property has been achieved to prove the capacity of the SCF appling to gyroscope signal detection system.Furthermore.the analysis has been verified by experiments.
